Every once in a while there is something awesome happening that reminds me how proud I am to work for this company next to such great people. Today was one of those moments.

This was one of the most powerful sessions I've had the opportunity to participate in.

I have a daughter, recently turned 16, who over the last year has been undergoing a fairly significant set of changes to their identity. [This session] gave me tools that helped me have one of the most candid and wonderful conversations I've ever had with one of the people I love most in my life.
